1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following terms and conditions become part of this contract upon your consent. By ordering and paying, your consent is deemed to have been given.
2. Offer
The offers on our website are non-binding. The purchase (contract) is only considered to be concluded with order confirmation by us. If we do not respond within 7 days of receiving the consumer's offer, no contract has been concluded and the consumer is therefore no longer bound by his offer.
3.Cost estimate
A possibly. Cost estimate is prepared to the best of our knowledge, but no guarantee can be given for its accuracy. If there are cost increases of more than 15% after the order has been placed, we will inform the contractual partner immediately. If there are unavoidable cost increases of more than 15% after the order has been placed, we will inform the client immediately. In the case of unavoidable cost overruns of up to 15%, a separate notification is not required and these costs can be invoiced without further ado.
4. Copyright protection
Images, videos, plans, sketches, cost estimates and other documents such as brochures, catalogues, samples, presentations and the like remain our intellectual property.

5. Preis (Kaufpreis)
Alle von uns genannten Preise beinhalten, sofern nichts anderes ausdrücklich vermerkt ist, keine Umsatzsteuer da eine Umsatzsteuerbefreiung gemäß §6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG. 1994 vorliegt.
5.1. Value retention clause

6. Terms of payment (due date, cash discount)
The purchase price must be transferred without any deduction and free of charge, depending on the item, within three days or paid immediately upon completion of the purchase using the payment options offered.
7. Dunning and collection costs
In the event of default of payment, the contractual partner is obliged, regardless of fault, to pay a lump sum of EUR 40 as compensation for debt collection costs incurred by us in accordance with Section 458 of the Austrian Commercial Code.
8. Transport - Assumption of Risk
The stated delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
We bear the risk of transport, unless our contractual partner has concluded the transport contract himself without using a transport option proposed by us.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price and all costs and expenses have been paid in full.

11. Unilateral changes in benefits
Objectively justified and minor changes that do not affect the price can be made on our part. This applies in particular to such delivery deadline violations. The statutory warranty provisions apply.
13. Choice of Law
Austrian substantive law is applicable to this contract.
14. Agreement on Jurisdiction
All actions brought against a consumer who has his domicile, habitual residence or place of employment in Germany for disputes arising from this contract shall be brought by one of the courts in whose district the consumer has his domicile, habitual residence or place of employment. For consumers who do not have a place of residence in Austria at the time of conclusion of the contract, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
15. Electronic invoicing
Our customer agrees that invoices can also be created and transmitted to him electronically.
